Ngondro Practice Intensive

Date:
9 - 17 June 2018
At:
Sea to Sky Retreat Centre

“The aim of ngöndro is not merely the accumulation of numbers, but to penetrate our minds, ruffle the feathers of our pride and make a satisfying dent in our ego”

Not For Happiness,  Dzongsar Jamyang Khyentse

The specific aim of this retreat is to provide a supportive environment for all levels of Ngöndro practitioners who wish to immerse themselves in the practices. There will be an overview of the Ngöndro practices through Dharma talks, demonstration and support from instructors in the inspiring environment of a Retreat Center.  There will be 4 sessions a day which will include group practice, individual sessions, and group discussions.  Participants will need to bring their own text.

This retreat will be led by Ngöndro instructors authorized by Dzongsar Khyentse Rinpoche, Bruce Ashton and Cydney Kawamura.

This program is open to all Ngöndro practitioners as well as those already enrolled in Ngöndro Gar  (Ngöndro Gar is an international community of students practicing Ngöndro following the teachings of Dzongsar Jamyang Khyentse Rinpoche.  For more information, go to: www.ngondrogar.org)

You may contact Bruce or Cydney directly for any questions about the details of the practice program.
